Role Overview:
Responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects through consultative communication, and creating a strong sales pipeline for solution-based offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to identify and qualify prospects.
* Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions and value propositions.
* Schedule demos and meetings for the sales/technical team.
* Update and maintain CRM with accurate lead and opportunity information.
* Follow up on marketing-generated leads and support lead-nurturing activities.
* Achieve monthly targets for lead qualification and opportunity creation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
* 24 years of experience in inside sales or solution-selling environments.
* Strong communication, research, and customer engagement skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools like MS Dynamics.
* Target-driven, organized, and proactive.
