Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Sales Specialist, based in Mumbai, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their financial needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting training for clients on our products and services, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to understand client needs and provide effective support.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Ability to lead client Training sessions to enhance their understanding of our products and services.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
