About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager who can drive sales through corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and high-value client engagements. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation ability, and a charming personality with a well-groomed appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, Admin teams, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations, property showcases, and corporate engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead management, site visits, closures, and post-sales assistance.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and corporate demand patterns.
- Ensure high-level client satisfaction and long-term business association.
Requirements
- Corporate Sales Experience: Mandatory
- Real Estate Sales Experience: Mandatory
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing corporate client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Charming personality, good height, and well-groomed appearance is required for this role.
- Strong networking skills with existing corporate contacts (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure, result-oriented environments.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
