Sales Specialist

Legal Assure is a specialized firm focused on resale property transactions in Pune and surrounding regions. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in the Pune District. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting consultations to understand client needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating agreements, and closely liaising with internal teams to ensure successful transaction management and client satisfaction. Providing training and consistent follow-ups to maintain client engagement and loyalty will also be important aspects of the job.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and handle inquiries professionally.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets, and to proactively drive business growth.
• Experience in providing Training and guidance to create a productive and motivated sales team.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster client trust and close deals effectively.
• Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the real estate or property services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
