Khanna Polyrib Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Specialist to join its Delhi team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of polymer-based industrial products, experience in B2B sales within the plastics, polymer, engineering products, or manufacturing sector, and the ability to independently manage customer relationships and business development activities.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, understanding industrial applications of the company's product range, and offering suitable product solutions based on customer requirements. The role demands a commercially strong professional who can combine technical product understanding with effective sales strategy.Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as steel, pharmaceuticals, automotive, water treatment, packaging, fabrication, and industrial processing.

Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, references, exhibitions, and inquiry follow-ups.

Expand the customer base by engaging OEMs, distributors, fabricators, project companies, and industrial buyers.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, purchase managers, plant heads, and technical teams.

Product Sales & Technical Understanding

Maintain strong knowledge of the company's product range, including polypropylene, HDPE, and UHMWPE sheets, rods, liners, guides, fabricated items, welding rods, cutting boards, and other engineering plastic products.

Understand customer applications and recommend suitable product solutions based on technical and operational requirements.

Present product features, benefits, and competitive advantages clearly to customers.

Coordinate with internal production and technical teams to ensure the right product fit.

Customer Relationship Management

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and retention.

Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.

Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.

Conduct regular client visits to understand ongoing and future requirements.

Sales Planning & Order Closure

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Execute sales plans for assigned territories or customer segments.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure smooth order closure and dispatch coordination.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and conversion of inquiries into orders.

Reporting & Internal Coordination

Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, pipeline status, and orders.

Prepare sales and MIS reports, and provide market feedback to management.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and management for timely execution, payment follow-up, and customer servicing.

Support exhibitions, vendor registrations, product presentations, and key client meetings.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Prior experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in polymers, plastics, engineering products, or manufacturing industries.

Good understanding of polymer products, engineering plastics, and their industrial applications.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into practical sales solutions.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a field-sales-oriented role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience selling to industrial customers, OEMs, dealers, project companies, or manufacturing units.

Existing network in industries such as steel, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, automotive, fabrication, packaging, or conveyor/material handling is a plus.

Confidence in handling both technical and commercial discussions with customers.

Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and business development.

Prior experience in the polymer or plastics manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
