Job Title: Sales Specialist - (Software / SaaS Sales)
Role Overview
Looking for a result-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in software sales, SaaS solutions, and customized tech services. The candidate should be capable of generating leads, conducting demos, and closing deals independently across B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate high-quality leads through:
- Email outreach & cold emailing
- LinkedIn prospecting & networking
- Platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
- Paid channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads)(optional)
- Identify and target potential clients in B2B segments
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Sales & Conversion
- Connect with leads and schedule product demos/meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Deliver live software demos (Web/App platforms) via Zoom/Google Meet
- Handle objections and perform effective negotiation
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve revenue targets
Communication & Client Handling
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle
- Follow up with prospects consistently
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Required Skills
- Proven experience in software / SaaS sales (2+ years)
- Hands-on experience in multi-channel lead generation
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience in demo delivery & sales closing
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools & sales tracking
- Basic understanding of AI tools & automation (preferred)
