Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting new clients, identifying and generating leads, conducting client outreach, and closing deals. The role includes providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and delivering sales presentations to highlight the value of Bytescare's cybersecurity solutions. For the first four months, compensation will be incentive-based, transitioning to a salary structure thereafter.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proven expertise in sales and sales management, including lead generation and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in conducting client training and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Knowledge or interest in the cybersecurity or technology industry is an advantage.
- Prior experience in incentive-based roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
