Key Responsibilities:
● Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
● Conduct product demos and explain value propositions clearly
● Identify new business opportunities in the India & US regions
● Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and feedback
loops
● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
● Understand customer pain points and pitch solutions effectively
● Work with CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
Skills & Experience Required:
● 1 to 5 years of experience in Tech sales (mandatory)
● Proven track record of closing deals in India and/or US markets
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Experience conducting demos for CXOs, HR leaders, or decision-makers
● Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply
● Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and discovery
calls
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
● CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
