Job Description

Experience: 1- 3 years

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Work Type: Full-time

Notice Period Preference: Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities:

Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Conduct product demos and explain value propositions clearly

Identify new business opportunities in the India & US regions

Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and feedback

loops

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline

Understand customer pain points and pitch solutions effectively

Work with CRM tools to manage leads and track progress

Skills & Experience Required:

1 to 5 years of experience in Tech sales (mandatory)

Proven track record of closing deals in India and/or US markets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience conducting demos for CXOs, HR leaders, or decision-makers

Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply

Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and discovery

calls

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
