Location :- Ahmedabad (Work form office)

Timing :- 6:00 P.M. to 3:00 A.M.

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Specialist with a background in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical) or Architecture (B.Arch). With 3+ years of experience in business development, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the AEC BIM market, particularly within the USA market. This role requires a strong technical background combined with business development expertise to effectively communicate BIM solutions to clients and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients in the AEC BIM market, specifically in the USA.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, establishing trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand and articulate technical aspects of BIM solutions, leveraging your knowledge in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and keep up with competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, project management) to ensure a smooth delivery of services that align with client expectations.
  • Develop and present customized BIM solutions to meet the specific needs of clients in the AEC industry.
  • Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying further opportunities for growth.
  • Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Skills & Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the AEC BIM industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of BIM solutions, with a background in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, sales, and client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of USA market trends and familiarity with local business practices is a plus.
