Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training to clients on our offerings. Additionally, the role involves contributing to sales management efforts and ensuring the achievement of business objectives through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Skills in Training and the capacity to educate and guide clients on product offerings
  • Proficiency in Sales Management to plan, execute, and analyze sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the advertising or data insights sector is a plus
