Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Faridabad is for a Sales Specialist focused on driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and conducting presentations. Additionally, the role involves providing training and ensuring a seamless customer experience to meet sales goals and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
