Field Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist based in Faridabad. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and delivering excellent customer service. This role also includes coordinating sales operations and contributing to the overall success of the sales team by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions effectively
• Proven expertise in Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue and build a pipeline of opportunities
• Experience in Sales Operations, including managing processes and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop actionable sales strategies
• A proactive and results-driven mindset
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
