Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Indore. The specialist will manage sales activities, support customer acquisition, and contribute to developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering specialized training to team members. Additional responsibilities include establishing strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and overseeing sales management processes effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and exceed revenue targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships
• Experience in training team members and sharing knowledge that enhances overall team performance
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the digital marketing or advertising industry is a plus
