Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Aligarh. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound calls, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include understanding customer requirements, presenting NS3TechSolutions cybersecurity, networking, and IT offerings, preparing proposals or quotations, and following up to close opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with technical and delivery teams, and supporting marketing campaigns or events. The Inside Sales Specialist will consistently work to achieve sales targets while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, including the ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business language.
  • Previous experience in IT, cybersecurity, networking, or technology sales is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office tools, and basic sales reporting and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
