Fabriplay is building the operating system for the bespoke and made-to-measure fashion industry. Incubated at IIT Madras Research Park, we help boutiques digitize workflows, improve production visibility, and scale operations while preserving craftsmanship.

Role Description

We are hiring a Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—while working closely with boutique owners to onboard and grow accounts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, fashion, or operations-driven businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets or revenue goals
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product value
  • Experience handling end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closure
  • Ability to onboard and train clients on product usage
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or SaaS is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
