Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—while working closely with boutique owners to onboard and grow accounts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, fashion, or operations-driven businesses
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets or revenue goals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product value
- Experience handling end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closure
- Ability to onboard and train clients on product usage
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fashion, retail, or SaaS is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
