Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Pune Division. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and targeting prospective clients, building lasting customer relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet clients needs. Additional tasks include managing the sales pipeline, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions to effectively communicate the value of the academy's offerings. The role requires proactive engagement with both existing and potential customers to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with clients.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate customers about product offerings and services.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
