Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Kozhikode. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training, and overseeing sales operations. You will collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies, meet targets, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members to enhance sales performance
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the relevant industry is an advantage
