Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching new sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. They will deliver exceptional customer service, provide product training to clients, and assist in managing sales cycles to achieve set targets. Collaboration with the broader sales and marketing teams will also be part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their concerns.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and oversee sales processes efficiently.
• Ability to deliver Training and demonstrations to educate customers about products or services.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to work with diverse teams and clients.
• Flexibility to work on-site in New Delhi.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
