Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist with strong experience in enterprise technology sales across IoT, SaaS, ERP, AI/ML, or Blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by engaging with enterprise clients, understanding complex business challenges, and delivering consultative, solution-driven sales.
This role demands a blend of technical understanding, strategic selling, and relationship management to close high-value deals and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the complete sales cycle
- Drive revenue targets for IoT, SaaS, ERP, AI/ML, and Blockchain solutions
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline
2. Enterprise Client Engagement
- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs, digital maturity, and transformation goals
- Identify opportunities in automation, analytics, compliance, and operational efficiency
3. Solution Selling & Positioning
- Position integrated solutions across:
- IoT
- SaaS platforms
- ERP systems
- AI/ML
- Blockchain
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and value propositions
4. Proposal & Deal Management
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams
- Create customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures
- Lead negotiations and contract closures
5. Relationship Management & Growth
- Build long-term client relationships
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
6. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track industry trends in IoT, AI/ML, SaaS, ERP, and Blockchain
- Provide insights for GTM strategy and product improvements
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- 815 years of experience in enterprise technology sales
- Proven track record of closing mid to large enterprise deals
- Experience in consultative / solution selling
Core Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
- Stakeholder management (CXO-level engagement)
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
Nice to Have
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
- Multi-language proficiency
