Job Summary
Magic Billion is hiring Academic Counselors (Study Abroad) to support its fast-growing global education vertical.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in study abroad counseling, education sales, or EdTech inside sales, who are passionate about helping students build international careers.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on study abroad opportunities (Germany & global programs)
Handle end-to-end admission process (counselling → conversion → onboarding)
Conduct video counselling sessions (VC) with students & parents
Drive consultative sales and achieve monthly targets
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain and update data in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Build long-term relationships with students and parents
