Job Title : Sales Specialist - BESS

Role Summary:

The Sales Manager will drive business growth by selling Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) across Commercial & Industrial, Utility, Renewable, and Infrastructure segments. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, engaging customers, and closing techno-commercial deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in BESS and energy solutions
  • Engage with customers, EPCs, consultants, and utilities to understand requirements
  • Present BESS solutions, applications, and value propositions
  • Prepare and support techno-commercial proposals and tenders
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
  • Coordinate with engineering, finance, and execution teams
  • Track market trends, competitors, and sales pipeline

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy, or BESS
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage
  • 68 years of experience in energy, BESS, solar EPC, or power solutions sales
