Role Description

We are hiring a Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families, explaining BCES's services, and guiding them through the admissions process. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting consultations, providing personalized recommendations, following up with leads, and managing sales-related records. Additionally, the role involves training and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with students, parents, and partners.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Experience in Training and guiding team members to enhance performance and drive results.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and offer tailored educational solutions.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving organizational objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in education consultancy or international admissions is an advantage.
