With multiple award-winning products & ingredients, it supports the requirement of a wide range of customers. CST in Bangalore will provide varied functions and insights, as a core part of the operational team, to support the customer requirements in UK & Europe.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop extensive product knowledge and detailed insight about prospects.
  • Prepare regular sales & marketing campaign strategies for different sales segments using email, social media and other marketing tools.
  • Regularly update and expand the internal prospects database within different sales segments.
  • Qualify and convert a high volume of potential institutional prospects into sales-ready meetings & opportunities.
  • Regularly reach out to existing customers to grow their accounts.
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to provide detailed insight to prospects.
  • Achieve and push the limits of your monthly sales quota, territory revenue, and other growth objectives.

Requirements :

  • Tertiary Qualification in Business, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality or related field, and work experience as required.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Native level English language skill is a must.
  • High energy, you're passionate and confident to speak to new people. You enjoy being challenged and achieving sales targets consistently.
  • The ability to adapt in a small and growing startup environment. You are a self starter.
  • Carry an ambition to grow a career in sales & business development
  • Previous experience in sales & marketing at the enterprise levelis a plus.
  • Willing to learn quickly. Must have good attention to detail. Well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Project management skills, from initial idea through execution.
