Role Summary:
-Fancy and Classy is hiring a Sales Specialist responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-value B2B opportunities across industries.
-The role focuses on driving leads for corporate events, trainings, employee engagement programs, R&R initiatives, corporate gifting, branding merchandise, and giveaways .
-This is a target-driven role with strong performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct structured market research to identify potential B2B clients.
-Map decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Admin, L&D, Procurement).
-Analyze company scale, event potential, and budget alignment.
-Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, digital outreach, and direct prospecting.
-Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and follow-up systems.
-Deliver qualified meetings and pipeline targets on a monthly basis.
-Work closely with the marketing team to support closures and revenue growth.
