Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and managing customer accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve targeted business goals. The specialist will provide training and support to the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies. Additionally, responsibilities may include market analysis, creating marketing campaigns, and contributing to strategic plans for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Strong capabilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Experience in Training and guiding sales teams to ensure high performance and skill development
  • Ability to strategize and implement marketing and promotional initiatives for market expansion
  • Leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and results-oriented mindset
  • Relevant experience in the water treatment, wastewater management, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required
