Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Specialist role based in Chennai.

  • The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential buyers, conducting site visits, and presenting real estate offerings to prospective clients.
  • The role involves understanding client requirements, showcasing suitable properties, and guiding them through the buying process.
  • The Sales Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide end-to-end support from initial inquiry to closure, and ensure a seamless purchase experience.
  • Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and approvals, negotiating terms, and closing deals efficiently.
  • The role also requires tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and staying updated on market trends, competitor projects, and emerging opportunities within the real estate sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present properties and influence buyer decisions.
  • Proven sales experience in real estate or a similar field, including lead generation, site visits, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships and deliver a high-quality buying experience.
  • Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and basic real estate documentation and compliance.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
