Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow the SMB sales pipeline in the Delhi NCR region by identifying, prospecting, and closing new Azure cloud opportunities. Manage the complete sales lifecycle from cold outreach and discovery through solution positioning, negotiation, and closure. Position Microsoft Azure solutions around business outcomes such as security, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. Collaborate closely with Microsoft field sales teams on co-sell motions and joint opportunities, while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and target achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

04 years of experience in cloud or IT solution sales, with preference for Microsoft Azure (AWS/GCP experience acceptable with willingness to transition). Strong understanding of the North India SMB market and experience selling to Owners, Directors, and senior stakeholders. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Solid communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling capabilities, along with a performance-driven mindset
