Role: Enterprise Sales Manager (Field + Closure) – 9to5

9to5 is a B2B platform helping companies manage onboarding kits, corporate merchandise, and employee experience end-to-end from sourcing to storage, packaging, and pan-India delivery.
We are building the infrastructure layer for corporate merch & onboarding.
What This Role Is
This is not a desk job.
This is a full-cycle sales role — from finding leads to closing deals.
If you cannot generate your own leads, take meetings, and close this role is not for you.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads via outbound (LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals, events)
- Identify and reach decision-makers (HR, Admin, Ops, Procurement)
- Fix meetings and pitch 9to5 offerings (kits, merch store, fulfillment)
- Conduct in-person meetings and product walkthroughs
- Understand requirements and build tailored proposals
- Drive negotiations and close deals end-to-end (PO + payment)
- Maintain strong pipeline and consistent follow-ups
- Work closely with ops team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Who Should Apply
- 2–6 years experience in B2B / enterprise sales
- Has closed deals independently (not just assisted)
- Comfortable with field sales + client meetings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven — does not wait for leads
- Prior experience in corporate gifting / HR SaaS / B2B services is a plus
Who Should NOT Apply
- Looking for a desk / inside sales role
- Only handled inbound leads
- No experience in closing deals
- Needs constant follow-ups to perform

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + High Incentives (directly linked to closures)
