Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will actively engage in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing customer relationships, promoting and selling renewable energy solutions. The role also includes providing product training, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing sales processes to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain professional relationships
• Proven ability and experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Capability in Training clients or internal stakeholders on product offerings
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet sales objectives
• Proficiency in renewable energy solutions and a keen interest in sustainable technologies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales roles within the energy or renewable energy sectors is a plus
