About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team (Immediate Joiner). In this role, your primary focus will be turning prospects into loyal clients. You will be the frontline ambassador for our business, responsible for engaging with leads, closing deals, and cultivating long-term relationships that drive continuous growth and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Engage promptly with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and guide them to a purchase.
- Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, fostering strong, ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pitch upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities to generate new revenue streams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline metrics within our CRM system.
- Objection Handling: Address client questions and concerns with confidence, demonstrating the value of our products/services to overcome hesitation.
