Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team on-site in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves conducting client meetings, preparing sales presentations, providing training to customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving revenue growth and representing the company's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in Training clients on technology-driven solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and build long-term professional relationships
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
  • Experience in technology-based industries such as RFID, automation, or enterprise solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
