Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Representative based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and promoting solutions like sanitation systems and water treatment technologies. The representative will manage customer relationships, support service delivery, and work closely with the service engineering team for maintenance and repair services. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of environmental protection systems such as sanitation systems, water treatment, or related technologies
• Strong sales and negotiation skills in B2B environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage projects, coordinate with service teams, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and maintaining detailed sales records
• Willingness to work on-site and travel, as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the maritime or environmental sector is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
