This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Representative, based in West Delhi. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, processing sales orders, providing post-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Service Representative will also assist in managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, and handling service-related escalations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in sales processes, customer service, and account management
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage
