Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Customer Service Sales Representative on behalf of our International BPO client based out of Gurgaon. The representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication while providing exceptional support and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, identifying sales opportunities,upselling products or services, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role requires collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, customer relationship management, and providing support via phone calls(Travel background preferred)
  • Sales skills, such as lead generation, upselling, cross-selling, and an understanding of sales techniques
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and clear and professional verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Experience in resolving conflicts, handling difficult situations, and providing empathetic customer care
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage. Undergraduates with minimum 6 months experience in International BPO are also encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a customer-focused or sales-driven environment is preferred
  • Candidates residing in Del/NCR region will be preferred, however, candidate from other regions should be willing to relocate if selected at their own expense
