Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales & Service Engineer. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales efforts by engaging with clients, generating & addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about products and services. The role involves maintaining relationships with customers, identifying potential sales leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Additional duties include assisting with customer follow-ups, tender participation to drive satisfaction and growth.

Job Role Includes:

  • Handling sales and service across India from our Hyderabad office
  • Working with gas detectors, laboratory, environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene instruments
  • Dealing with clients from institutes, industries, labs, hospitals, etc.
  • Carrying out inspections, calibrations, and installations of instruments
  • Giving product demonstrations and installing equipment at customer sites
  • Taking care of erection, commissioning, and execution of gas detection system projects
  • Communicating with customers to ensure high service levels
  • Coordinating by email (Proficient in MS Office) with dealers, vendors, and clients for sales and service, and staying updated on product knowledge
  • Generating sales leads and closing orders
  • Travelling within the city and to other cities for client visits and service calls (travel is a must for this role)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
