Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Service Engineer with a strong technical backgroundpreferably an Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations based on customer needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, pricing structures, and competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Customer Service & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
- Provide after-sales support, including product guidance, issue resolution, and ongoing follow-up.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, product launches, and lead-generation activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and emerging market trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights from the field.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer supportpreferably in the electrical or industrial products sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain products to customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
