Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Service Engineer with a strong technical backgroundpreferably an Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Development
  2. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  3. Present and promote company products/services to potential and existing clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations based on customer needs.
  5. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  6. Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, pricing structures, and competitive landscape.
  7. Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

Customer Service & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support, including product guidance, issue resolution, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, product launches, and lead-generation activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and emerging market trends.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights from the field.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer supportpreferably in the electrical or industrial products sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and explain products to customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
