The production is divided into three sectionswhite area (pattern making), yellow area (coating and drying), and black area (molding, pouring, and finishing). This technology finds applications in diverse industries such as automotive, locomotive, construction machinery, machine tools, mining machinery, and sanitary ware.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Engineer located in Rajkot. The role involves providing technical support and solutions to clients, addressing service issues, and ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of equipment. The Sales Service Engineer will also perform troubleshooting, manage field service activities, and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience in Field Service and Technical Support
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair of machinery or equipment
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work on-site and manage responsibilities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Background or knowledge in lost foam casting processes and machinery is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is advantageous
