- Conduct manual and automated testing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud applications to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and the TESTNG framework.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing processes into the CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the testing environment and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Participate in agile development methodologies and scrum processes to ensure timely product releases.
- Perform API functional testing and work with various integration solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on Salesforce testing.
- Proficient in Salesforce platform/cloud-specific testing, both manual and automated.
- 3+ years of experience in Java/Selenium and TESTNG framework.
- Knowledge of API functional testing is a significant advantage.
- Experience setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines, with proven troubleshooting skills in Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
