ROLE SUMMARY

Lead the sales strategy and revenue growth for Woxsen Foresight's executive education portfolio, targeting C-suite executives, senior leadership teams, and high-potential managers across Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and emerging market leaders. Drive business development initiatives that leverage Woxsen's global partnerships and cutting-edge curriculum in digital transformation, AI leadership, and strategic management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve ambitious revenue targets of 15-25 crores annually for executive education programs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for diverse program offerings:
  • Open Enrollment Programs: Leadership Excellence, AI Strategy, Digital Transformation
  • Custom Corporate Programs: Tailored solutions for organizational development
  • Global Immersion Programs: International partnerships with top-tier universities
  • Digital Learning Platforms: Online and hybrid executive education modules
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities in emerging sectors (fintech, healthtech, cleantech)
  • Price optimization and revenue management across program portfolio

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations
  • Engage C-suite executives and Chief Learning Officers to understand organizational development needs
  • Manage key accounts including existing corporate partners and government organizations
  • Develop long-term partnerships with consulting firms, industry associations, and business networks
  • Lead client retention initiatives ensuring 85%+ repeat engagement rates

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Prospect and qualify leads through multiple channels including referrals, digital marketing, and industry events
  • Represent Woxsen at major conferences, summits, and industry forums:
  • World Economic Forum, NASSCOM events, CII conferences
  • Global leadership summits and executive education consortiums
  • Develop international markets leveraging Woxsen's 50+ country partnerships
  • Create strategic alliances with executive search firms, management consultancies, and industry bodies

Program Customization & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with academic teams to design bespoke executive education solutions
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments and learning gap analyses
  • Develop compelling value propositions highlighting ROI and business impact
  • Create innovative program formats: cohort-based learning, action learning projects, peer-to-peer networks
  • Integrate emerging technologies (AI, VR, blockchain) into learning experiences

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead a team of 4-6 sales professionals including account managers and business development executives
  • Establish sales processes and CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Conduct regular training on consultative selling, executive engagement, and product knowledge
  • Mentor junior team members and develop succession planning strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, program delivery, and alumni relations teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from premier institution (IIM/ISB/top global B-school preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
  • Additional certifications in sales management, executive education, or leadership development (preferred)

Professional Experience

  • 8-12 years of progressive sales experience with minimum 5 years in senior management roles
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with deal sizes of 50 lakhs+ per transaction
  • Executive education or training industry experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Corporate sales experience with Fortune 500 companies or multinational corporations
  • Revenue responsibility of 10+ crores in previous roles

Industry Expertise

  • Deep understanding of executive education landscape and competitive positioning
  • Knowledge of corporate learning trends including digital transformation, leadership development, and organizational change
  • Familiarity with consulting methodologies and business process optimization
  • Experience with government and PSU clients (advantage for Indian market)

Sales Competencies

  • Consultative selling expertise with ability to understand complex organizational needs
  • C-suite engagement skills with executive presence and communication excellence
  • Solution-based selling approach with focus on business outcomes and ROI
  • Complex deal management including multi-stakeholder negotiations and proposal development
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics capabilities

  • International business experience with global market understanding
  • Digital marketing knowledge including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, content marketing, and lead generation
  • Strategic partnership development experience with academic institutions or consulting firms
  • Merger & acquisition experience or business development in education sector

Leadership & Communication

  • Multilingual capabilities (English mandatory, Hindi preferred, regional languages advantage)
  • Public speaking experience at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
  • Content creation skills for case studies, white papers, and client success stories
  • Change management experience in organizational transformation initiatives

Technology & Innovation

  • Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) and their business applications
  • Digital learning platform experience including LMS, virtual reality, and mobile learning
  • Data analytics skills for sales forecasting and market trend analysis
  • Startup ecosystem knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset

Revenue Performance

  • Annual Revenue Target: 15-25 crores with 15-20% year-over-year growth
