Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, for the role of Sales (Residential). The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying new customers, promoting and selling solar solutions for residential purposes, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include offering training for customers, maintaining sales targets, preparing reports, and contributing to the achievement of team goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Proven ability in Sales and understanding of customer purchasing behavior.
  • Experience in Sales Management and team coordination to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
  • Ability to provide post-sales support and Training to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills and results-driven attitude are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy or solar industry would be an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
