Role Overview:
We are hiring high-performing Sales professionals for Republic TV (English). This is a key leadership/client-facing role that will work directly with the Network CEO and top management to drive branded content partnerships, high-value client engagements, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through strategic partnerships across clients and agencies.
- Build and scale branded content deals aligned with the channels editorial and commercial vision.
- Convert strategic conversations into actionable, profitable deals for the network.
- Lead from the front in competitive selling develop differentiated pitches, media innovations, and storytelling formats.
- Represent the network in key client and agency forums; become the face of Republic English sales.
- Deliver aggressive revenue targets through new client acquisitions and strong account management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and programming teams to convert ideas into business opportunities.
- Report directly to the CEO; maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and passion.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills Fluent and polished in English (spoken and written).
- Strong network of client and agency contacts with a proven ability to monetize content and conversations.
- A go-getter mindset hungry to prove, driven by targets, and wired for impact.
- Prior experience in TV, Digital, Branded Content, or Media Sales preferred.
- Confident, self-motivated, and aligned with Republics mission and brand ethos.
- Must be comfortable with face-to-face interviews and engaging directly with top leadership.
Position Levels Available:
- Senior VP / VP / GM / Senior Manager High Value roles with strategic revenue responsibility across zones
- Manager/ Deputy Manager High-impact, client-centric sales roles with independent targets
