Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also conduct market research, prepare sales reports, and develop strategic plans to expand market reach for our products. Other day-to-day tasks involve promoting our brand ethos and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills: Ability to identify potential clients, engage them effectively, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Customer service skills: Capability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and address their needs promptly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and developing effective strategies.
- Familiarity with FMCG or food industry sales is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
