Our client is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in GIS Services Sales / Geospatial Solution Sales / Mapping Services Sales across international markets including the US, UK, Middle East, and Australia.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about global B2B sales, lead generation, client engagement, and building strong sales pipelines within the geospatial and spatial intelligence domain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients across global markets
- Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth
Opportunity Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making criteria
- Manage and track sales activities through CRM tools
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand customer pain points and align suitable geospatial solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups to drive conversions and business opportunities
Sales Support & Collaboration
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team
- Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams for targeted outreach campaigns
- Support proposal development and solution positioning activities
Market Research & Target Achievement
- Stay updated with trends in GIS, mapping, remote sensing, spatial analytics, and geospatial technologies
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments
- Achieve defined KPIs related to lead generation, conversions, and pipeline contribution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech + MBA preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- GIS Services Sales
- Geospatial Solution Sales
- Mapping Services Sales
- Experience working with international markets such as the US, UK, Middle East, or Australia
- Strong understanding of:
- GIS and geospatial technologies
- Spatial data, mapping, remote sensing, and spatial analytics
- Enterprise and consultative solution selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a global/neutral accent
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline building
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid passport is mandatory
