B. About Your Role

We are looking for a B2B Inside Sales Expert to join our Client Relations team. In this role, you will drive end-to-end outbound sales efforts across US, Canadian markets, helping to generate qualified leads, build strong pipelines, and contribute to revenue growth.

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify and qualify leads from US, Canada, and European markets to ensure high conversion potential
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue generation
  • Conduct discovery calls and product/service demos to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging, campaigns, and solution offerings
  • Analyze sales metrics and pipeline performance to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to enhance sales positioning

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Business Development
  • Proven experience selling to US, Canadian markets from India
  • Background in IT services, SaaS, or software sales is mandatory

Essential technical skills

  • Strong expertise in outbound sales (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
  • Experience using sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and international markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS/product-based sales (highly preferred)
  • Exposure to proposal writing, RFPs, and contract negotiations
  • Understanding of digital transformation, software development, or tech solutions
  • Experience working in US/Europe time zones or global sales environments
