Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach: Conduct sales calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the features and benefits of products and services.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Follow-Up & Customer Support: Follow up with potential customers, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure a positive sales experience.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share sales techniques and best practices.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to enhance performance.
