Job Description: Inside Sales Representative SaaS Platform (AeROC)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai | Work from office

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven, articulate Inside Sales Representative who will drive

adoption and monetization of AeROCour solar monitoring and performance

management SaaS platform amongst B2C and MSME clients. If you're someone who

thrives on building relationships, loves translating technical value into business

outcomes, and believes that great software deserves to reach the right customersthis

role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Drive SaaS Sales: Sell AeROC subscriptions to solar installers and direct

customers, focusing on demonstrating the platform's value in maximizing plant

performance and reducing operational complexity.

Build Pipeline: Generate conversions through outbound calling, email

campaigns, and strategic follow-ups with installers and plant owners across

target geographies.

Aggressive Selling: Understand customer pain points around plant monitoring,

downtime, and performance managementand position AeROC as the solution

that delivers actionable insights and operational excellence.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demos that showcase AeROC's

features including multi-channel alerts, performance analytics, and detailed

plant health monitoring.

Customer Onboarding: Work closely with the tech and operations teams to

ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and seamless integration with

their existing solar installations.

Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with installers and

EPCs, positioning AeROC as their go-to platform for portfolio management and

performance optimization.

Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights, feature

requests, and competitive intelligence with product and leadership teams.

Must-Have Skills:

1 to 3 years of inside sales or B2C/B2B SaaS sales experience (Experience in

solar, renewable energy, or IoT hardware is an unfair advantage)

Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi fluency would add value)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced

environment

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate

technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Hunter Mentality that thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and turning leads into

long-term customers
