Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales representative & Sales Manager professional who will be responsible for driving business growth in surgical disposable segments. The candidate will act as an individual contributor, focusing on key account management, corporate and government institutional business, and channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with major corporate, institutional, and government clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through regular engagement and support.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmaceutical and surgical disposable markets.
- Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Coordinate with distributors, channel partners, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
- Channel Management:
- Appoint, train, and manage channel partners/distributors.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance across the distribution network.
- Develop promotional activities to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
- Institutional & Government Business:
- Handle tenders, rate contracts, and empanelment's with government and institutional clients.
- Liaise with purchasing authorities and ensure compliance with institutional procurement processes.
- Sales & Promotion:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategy.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience: 510 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Pharmaceutical and/or Surgical Disposable industries.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in handling key accounts and institutional business.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Strong analytical and market understanding.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Compensation:
Compensation: 57 LPA (based on experience and skill fit)
