Primary Title: Territory Sales Manager (Oncology Diagnostics)
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote advanced oncology diagnostic tests and clinical evidence to medical oncologists, oncology nurses and clinical coordinators across the assigned territory.
- Drive territory sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute territory business plans using local market analysis, account segmentation and opportunity prioritisation.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, hospital decision-makers, pathology labs and diagnostic coordinators.
- Coordinate logistics and case workflows with hospitals, clinics, patients and internal customer-service teams to ensure smooth sample handling and result delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical affairs, operations, regional managers) to support product launches, clinical education and market expansion while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- B.Sc. in a life-science discipline (Science degree required)
- Strong scientific understanding with ability to interpret and communicate clinical study results and economic value propositions
- Proven consultative selling and key-account management skills in healthcare settings
- Territory business planning and account-based selling experience
- Experience engaging oncologists and diagnostic laboratories to drive test adoption
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory; on-site field work
Preferred
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm; MBA or master's degree is an advantage
- 2–4 years of direct experience in oncology or diagnostic sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with KOL engagement
