Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts across multiple functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and an opportunity to learn how talent strategy drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
- Support employer branding initiatives (job posts, social media, campus outreach)
- Engage with employee referral programs and follow up on leads
- Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for key roles
Who You Are
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
