Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative position at Policybazaar.com, based in Gandhinagar. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their insurance requirements, providing tailored product recommendations, and driving sales. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively
• Ability to provide tailored recommendations and build trust-based relationships with clients
• Sales acumen, customer service expertise, and proficiency in achieving established targets
• Basic understanding of insurance products and services; prior experience in sales or insurance sectors is an advantage
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
